piriyadha varam vendum tamil full movie download - Piriyadhavaram Vendum is a 2011 Tamil thriller film directed by VS Prakash. The film features Prabhu and Rahman in lead roles, while Saranya Ponvannan appears as a college professor. The soundtrack and background score were composed by D. Imman and it was released on 31 March 2011. Director PS Ramesh said that he wanted to make an experimental film with Prabhu in the lead role, which would be based entirely on visuals without even a single dialogue sequence. He then met VS Prakash who agreed to direct the project, only if the former stayed out of it entirely. The film opened to average reviews from critics and was a commercial failure at the box office. The film received negative reviews from critics dismissing the film as a director's vanity project, while others called it a typical commercial fare, despite featuring Prabhu in a critically acclaimed role.Prabhu was initially approached for the lead character of Raja in Nataraja Shankar, but he turned it down after he got the offer to play the lead role in "Piriyadha Varam Vendum". Prakash wanted to make a film based entirely on visuals without even a single dialogue sequence. He chose Prabhu because not only did he have good looks, but also could easily play both comedy and serious roles. Earlier, Ramesh had also offered the role to director Sampath Nandi, but he declined as he felt that the script needed a major change before being accepted. Vivek selected Saranya Ponvannan as his heroine despite a strong reluctance from the earlier choice of Trisha. He was initially reluctant to cast her stating that he wanted a more serious actress with a strong screen presence. He then spoke to Prabhu about Saranya and changed his opinion, leading to her being cast in the film. Saranya said that she was glad to accept the role as she loved Vivek's work in "Kanchana 2" and "Jandhyala". The film's dialogues were written by Vivek and the screenplay was written by Prakash. The director stated that he had penned down all the dialogues to make it easier for Prabhu who often spoke in soliloquies. Prabhu ensured that none of his lines sounded like they were dubbed in. Prabhu was initially hesitant about doing comedy in this film, but agreed after Prakash showed him a special background or graphical effect that he wanted to use or include in the film. When asked about the locations, Vivek said that they used three different locations for different scenes with each one having its own beauty and charm. The film was shot completely in studio under the direction of Prakash. The production cost was estimated to be around 5 crores and the film employed 350 people for its making, while its colour-work alone cost around 40 lakhs. Several scenes were shot outdoors and Vivek's objective was to highlight Prabhu's dance and performing skills by pulling off stunts like two-wheeler riding and high diving. He also wanted to shoot his entrance scene in a water theme asking Vivek to introduce it with the title, "Piriyadha Varam Vendum". Singer Aruna Sriram lent her voice for one song which is titled 'Vinilathe'. cfa1e77820
